While we occasionally have availability for walk-in appointments, to ensure service please schedule in advance.

Day of Your Appointment

Please arrive on time to receive our complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS Haircut Service

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a haircut appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than two times, the customer may be charged for the appointment.

 

Deposits/Cancellations Color Service

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a color appointment. We also require that a $50 deposit be made when booking any color service appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, then you will lose your deposit. if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than two times, the customer may be charged for the appointment. 

 

Gratuities

Although tipping is greatly appreciated by our stylists and shampoo technicians, it is ultimately left to the discretion of the customer.

 

Children

For their safety no children under the age of 10 are permitted on the premises, unless being serviced.
